Strange power issues

I am having trouble with my PC. The second monitor consistently flickers (goes completely black), and when it occurs, there is an audible click and everything will seize momentarily (all peripherals, headset, keyboard, etc). I don't know if it is a video card issue, or a Powe supply issue. Looking for some assistance, thanks!!

When you say audible click, is that coming from inside your pc or your monitor...or through your speakers? 
Is your main monitor fine?  Does windows get angry and think you've disconnected the display and try to move the windows around?

It comes through the speakers. Windows doesn't seem to get angry or think the display is disconnected. I also just upgraded to 144hz 1440p panels and I am wondering if my many years old 1060 is just too weak to power both displays while under loads.
