pc parts help

So I was thinking of buying a new PC this month and I would need some help. For a start I'd like to but a decent mobo and myb a cpu with it, which combo would work good? I found this mobo GIGABYTE H510M H (rev. 1.0) Maticna Ploca (149 KM)

If someone ask me for an advice in building a new pc, I normally have 3 questions. What's the specs of your current pc? how much is your budget? What will you run with it(games/apps)? From there, we would know if its worth it to build a new system or just upgrade the current one.

my current, FX 6300, Gigabyte GA 78lmt s2, GTX 770 2GB which died 2 days ago, RAM 8GB HyperX fury. My budget is like not a lot. Id like the parts that are rly cheap like the cheapest ones but that are still good u know? the cheapest good ones. So any suggestion would help a lot. I don't have a number yet like how much money but yea
