Sff optiplex?

Check your psu wattage then saw through the side of the expansion bracket to allow for non low profile gpus (also run w/o sidepanel) and add a sata/molex to 8 pin (get a crimped one not moulded)

I updated it with a picture of the case and do you mean saw off the extra ports on the bracket? What’s a good budget gpu if so

I mean saw off the expansion slots so itll fit larger gpus cause normally thats whats blocking you from upgrading gpu, i suggest taking a photo of the expansion slots (those thingys with removable covers at the back of the case) to make sure if theyre garbage low profile or not

What would be an ideal low profile gpu?

Low profile is a ripoff, literally just saw off the expansion brackets to let a bigger non low profile gpu fit, seriously low profile gpus are overpriced trash, you can prob fit in a better gpu like rx 460 that iirc costs ~70$ atleast here in indonesia, if you live in a more developed country expect that to be lower

XFX RX6400 Low Profile. Should be a nice upgrade over your GT710.

There's also a 1650 but it's much older. Not sure it has access to DLSS nor do I know how well FSR works on older NVIDA cards. AMD could get you more with its upscaler.
