Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Needs to be in a 1U chaise

 

i need a 1U workstation server, this will be just a redundant server for my office to run quickbooks of of incase of a MB failure of the main server (has happened twice now) would prefer amd but intel is fine 16GB RAM and 1TB storage drive

Does this need to be a workstation too? Like will a monitor be plugged into with users using it often?

 

How about a dell r250. Cheap, reliable and works well here.

it would not have a monitor directly connected except for IT admin use
