Cheap pc

An older couple asked advice for a cheap PC. Basically only using it for browsing/online banking.
Their current pc is old (core duo, 2gb ram)

Saw a few option. Wanted to hear someone else his opinion, i'm thinking the first or second option

 

1. Lenovo 379euro
AMD Ryzen3 3250U 2.6-3.5 ghz    (4cores - 8thread)
1x8gb Ram 2400mhz

2. Lenovo 399euro
AMD Ryzen5 3500U 2.1-3.7ghz    (4cores - 8thread)
1x8gb Ram 2400mhz

3. Acer 399euro
Intel Celeron J4025 2.0-2.9ghz    (2cores - 2thread)
2x4gb Ram 2400mhz

 

Between 1 and 2, ryzen 3 and 5, the ryzen 3 seems to be better? and more then enough (the SSD size is 256 and 512, so ill probably advice option 2)
Option 3, weaker CPU but 2 ram sticks might make up for it?

There was also a cheaper option for 349 but running AMD 3020e which is 1.2-2.6ghz (2core, 2 thread) which seems to slow. They'll prob be using this pc till it breaks or gets to slow again

That is a dual core CPU with SMT (2cores - 4 threads).

 

Out of those you listed.

This would be best one to go for. Dont even consider 3020e and Celeron CPUs.
