reedemed ps plus code but it doesnt work

so i bought a ps plus membership code through g2a and put it on the reedem section 

it showed me that its is valid and when my membership is going to expire in a year etc

but it seems right now like my account has no mermbership and when i tried to put the code again it says it has already been used

what can i do ?
