Posted April 24, 2014 My friend's pc, everything is plug in correctly, we even change the psu. mobo lights green, psu fan working fine, cpu heatsink's fan spins for a while then stops then turns on again anyway to fix this problem? Posted April 24, 2014 Full specs and more info would be good. Any beeps on startup? Most boot problems are because of RAM, so you might want to try one stick at a time in different channels to make sure you don't have a dead stick or dead channel.
