Blue Screen

My computer has been bluescreening with the stop code "CRITICAL_PROCESS DIED." How do I figure out the root cause of this problem and what's the oh so very critical proccess that died. I opened up reliability history and only thing it told me there is that windows wasn't shutdown properly and like, duuuuu, it blue screened. please help.

 -  oh and also it crashes only when playing graphicaly intence games, minecraft works good cuz its a bunch of pixels, but like fortnite dies sometimes.
