Hi, maby someone can explain or help me...

When i made my desktop build i bought 1 kit 2x8gb ram (Kingston HyperX HX432C16PB3AK2/16) one year later i bought second kit same model to go up 32GB RAM but i have stability issue (can not use XMP profile even in default still getting crashes random) 

Motherboard: ASUS X370 PRO PRIME

CPU: RYZEN 7 3800XT

But separate it't working and also in dual channel but when i fill all 4 slots issues begin... 

People tend to have issues whenever they try to use all four slots. This is assuming the two kits you're trying to use are even compatible with each other. They may appear to be the same kit, but its not that simple. Not sure if more dram and soc voltage is needed, but its not guaranteed to be stable regardless unless you have one of those ultra expensive no compromise beastly motherboards that professionals use. You were better off just getting a 2x64gb ram kit to avoid this kind of headache.
