No RGB

Hi all, I built my first PC last night using the installation video from LTT. It was a blast. Unfortunately, when I first started my PC, the RGB fan lights did not come on. The fans are totally working and are listed on the BIOS, but the lights are not working. I tried switching the PLED cables around in case I had put them incorrectly, but to no avail. My LED works, I directly plugged the LED cables into the motherboard, but it seems that my RGB controller in the back that came with the case is not getting power. I also was not given an HDD cable in my build. Perhaps I missed it, IDK.
