Srt Trail.txt error and possibly other problems

And yes I tried the command prompt and the start up repair and they didn't work i also tried resetting the PC but it just shuts down by itself, sometimes it would boot up but when I go to put in my password it tries to shut itself down, like someone is holding down on the power button and then the swipe down to power off option shows up  then I have to press the space or the power button to make it go away it ultimately shuts down in the end. Yes I experience a boot loop it shows the gate way symbol then shuts off then o have to either press the space bar or the power to boot it up again it switches between the space bar and the power, sometimes I have to press the space bar then the power button
