blackscreen in chrome

im opening google chrome, going to youtube opening a video and when i open the video whole screen turns black.

edit: same with netflix

And what happens when you use another browser?

 

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Chrome?

same in opera gx, no i didn't because i don't know how to do this.

Sounds like a videocard issue and not a network issue.

Try uninstalling then installing latest videocard drivers.
