CPU diod blink twice

Hello

I have problem with my motherboard  (ROG STRIX X470-I GAMING)

Every boot check the CPU twice. After check, the PC will boot up normally. 

 

PC work correctly, no bluescreen, no crash.

 

I can see this problem if I turn on may pc only.( restart work normally)

Does anyone know what to do with it?

Only one option helps, and that is to leave the RAM at the default rate of 2100Mhz (https://www.gskill.com/product/165/166/ ... 16D-32GTZR) They are currently set to 3930Mhz 16 16 16 32.
