New Windows update bug?

Hello frens...

I work at a computer repair shop and two PCs this week came in with the same issue after a windows update. the issue is a boot-loop. After the update, any windows boot media that's not over PXE will display it's splash screen and then an instant system reset. Wondering if anyone else has seen this recently. was able to get bios updated on one of them to no avail.
