Pc shutting down randomly

Really need help with a problem.

Lately my pc has starting just shutting down while playing games. after it shuts down, i have to pull the power, wait a couple minutes and then i can turn it on again. if I quickly turn it on after it has shut down, the lights and fans turn on and then quickly shut off again.

At idle and even if I run a cinebench test or something like it, nothing happens. it's only when i play games

The pc doesn't get too hot running at 70c while gaming, the psu should be more than capable and nothing in my mind could make it just shut down.

 

Pc specs: 

amd ryzen 5 3600

amd 5700xt

asus prime x570

1tb m.2 sdd

1tb 2,5 ssd

Shutdown while playing a game = Most likely PSU which can't provide enough and stable power.

 

Limit the FPS to around 40-60 and try again.

i'll definitely try that. 

I thought it might be the psu too, but after having run cinebench and stresstests for more than an hour, and nothing happening i'm just confused at this point
