Error Code 43 l GPU Problems

Hello I always get Error Code 43 after updating drivers/installing drivers/reinstalling drivers. I tried to reinstall windows but it didn't help.

GPU: ROG Strix RX 470 4GB
I bought the GPU second hand.

The only way to fix the problem is by using the program "AMD/ATI Pixel Clock Patcher"

Is there a way to fix this problem forever?

I wonder if that card is loaded with a mining bios and that's why it's giving you trouble. You should confirm your bios revision through GPU-Z and TechPowerUp. If you have problems, make an account there at the forums and look for eidairaman1. Make a new thread and tag him.
