Buy the 300R now before it goes back up in price.

You don't need to spend more than $150 for a monitor, even $150 is on the higher end of the spectrum for quality IPS panel monitors.

The EVGA GTX 750 is an incredible GPU, if you want to step up to the next level, the GTX 660 is a good option, but might not be necessary for what you plan to do.

You don't need a very powerful PSU, the Corsair CX430 is a really good PSU for the price.
