I want do some OC for 5900X that fit in safe range values and not damage CPU in long term.

Currently my cooler is not good enough only 240 AIO and before I start OC I'm looking good quality AIO that can keep decent temps and can trust brand not some cheapest and unknown brand. I don't need cooler with display that just add extra cost for that display. Btw I have Corsair 5000D airflow case it shouldn't be problem fit any AIO up too 360.

I use Seasonic PX 850W Platinum PSU and ROG STRIX X570-E GAMING WIFI II motherboard.

I want too know what is possible achieve clock on all core for this CPU and what can achieve for single core ? I know that is like lottery not every CPU equal.

Keep in mind, the 5900X becomes a furnace with even light PBO applied. Be sure your cooling system is in good order.

I don't badmouth others' input, I'd appreciate others not badmouthing mine. *** More below ***

I use 235w PPT, 160 TDC, 190 EDC, with a +200MHz curve. Also using AGESA 1203 so I can retain my 1.5v cap.
