Program that compares 2 folders?

I've been transferring (copying) a large amount of folders between 2 external hd's.  Roughly 10tb's worth.  

Is there a program I can run that can compares the drives to see if there is any info missing from the original drive compared to the next? 

 

Sounds stupid maybe.  

 

Basically what happened is I fat fingered and closed the windows transfer window by accident half way through. 

So I had to search and find out where the transfer stopped and start it again.

DirSync Pro can do that, assuming the folders and such are supposed to be the same, when you choose to just 'analyze this job'.

If you try the transfer again, will it give you an option pop-up for duplicate overwrite?  I think you can select "don't copy" and "apply to all", it'll run through the files and only copy any missed files.
