my pc config has a problem...

the problem is that I will be using an i3 10105 which has 16 PCIe lanes and I need 20, 16 for the gtx 660 and 4 for the nvme SSD. please suggest solutions

The nvme will probably use chipset PCIE lanes

ignore the issue as a gtx 660 isn't going to need 16 lanes as the gpu is legacy and is no longer intended to be used in applications where bus speeds are relevant.

well the gtx 660 is going to be the only GPU as i am using an f series CPU

It won't perform any differently with 12 lanes.  CPUs that came out in the 660's time had even fewer PCIe lanes and ran it just fine.
