Try doing a clean driver install. You do this by running Driver Sweeper while Windows is in safe mode. After running that, you reinstall the driver. And if you installed a beta driver, try a stable release insted.

If this doesn't work, try resteating the card in the PCIe slot, and make sure the power cables are securely in their place.

  1. You download Driver Sweeper
  2. Download the AMD Driver
  3. You put the downloaded folder somewhere, where you will remember it.
  4. You open Windows search
  5. If on windows 7: Search for ´Windows Configuration´ and check the box that says ´Boot into safe mode´. If on Windows 8: Hold down shift while you press restart.
  6. When in safe mode, run Driver Sweeper
  7. In Driver Sweeper, check the boxes that relates to ATI/AMD drivers.
  8. Boot back into Windows normally
  9. Run the driver .exe file.
  10. When the driver is installed, test if the install is now stable.

I'm sorry for the long response time, but sometimes a man have to sleep.
