OC Doesn't apply to the gpu

XFX 7870 DD image included 

 

The temps at 100% load are 73C

 

 

Thing is before I was able to OC it both mem and clock speed just a tiny bit (Clock speed by 50 and mem clock by 150)  and it'd raise the temps by only 2 - 4C

Now, when I OC even if just mem clock, it does not apply, at all, it's not throttling because even when the benchmark starts at 35C nothing changes.

 

Any ideas?

 

 

 

I need to delete this.. I found out that even if I had AMD overdrive enabled over all, it was still disabled separately for the gpu....

 

How do I delete this ?

it must be the program, msi afterburner always works for me
