Help a technologically troubled man build a pc please.

Budget (including currency): $1500 - $2000 AUD (dollarydoos)

Country: Australia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Will be used for gaming, the main games I play are Escape from Tarkov, rust, as well as Pavlov VR and some other VR titles. Would like to be able to use this build for a few years without having to upgrade anything.

I am planning to run a 4k monitor for media that I already have and buy a 1080p, 144hz monitor so recommendations for the 1080p one are welcome  I have 2x 8gbcorsair vengeance 3200MHz Ram and I have all the peripherals I need including a Wi-Fi card. Parts do not need to be RGB If it will keep me under budget. I have a mate that is gonna help me assemble it but he's not confident enough to recommend me parts so I appreciate any help you can give.

Cheers Mates.
