Don;t spend $200 on a 1050ti.  You can get a 1070 on eBay for $200, or a 6600 new for $300.

 

You could get the 6600 if you skip the windows key.  Digital windows keys can be bought on ebay for $5.

I just realized you wanted a disk drive. While I recommend against it, this parts list will be better for that, as the case has better airflow than the corsair one, comes with fans, and has mounting bays for an optical drive.

$830 with a better motherboard, onboard wifi, much faster video card (RX 6600) and a 1TB SSD instead of 500GB.  The corsair CV is not quite as good as the CXM, but with a 12400f and a 6600 it doesn't really matter.  It's a 300w system on a decent 650 w PSU.  As long as it's not total crap it fine. 

 

Don't buy a new optical drive, every thrift store, surplus sale and dumpster has at least 3 in it just laying around.  Your mom probably has one in her basement.
