Did you try running it at it's stock speed?

I assume you were overclocking it or something since your pcpartpicker list says it's a 3200mhz, yet you were saying 3600mhz.

There is approximately 99% chance I edited my post

Do you have any suggestions for about the same price?

That is perfectly fine RAM. I have many Team modules. Download memtest86 and install it onto a USB stick and test the memory. If it is bad - return it. If it is good it is something else.

Have you tried un-seating then re-seating the RAM modules ensuring you get a click from the locking tabs?

When you say you set the RAM to 3200 are you just changing the DOCP/XMP in the BIOS or are you manually setting the RAM Speed (Hint: do the former, not the latter)

I don't have an option to change the ram speed except for the oc menu there also isn't an option for my ram timings in the bios

See Pg. 25 in The Manual for EZ Mode. The setting you want to enable is called: A-XMP switch.

or Pg. 29 in the Manual for Advanced mode; in the OC Menu enable "A-XMP" mode and select the 3200MT setting.

This will set the memory speed to 3200MT/s and adjust the voltage (1.35V) and Primary (16-18-18-38) and Secondary timings correctly.
