FPS drops

I have been having problems with my FPS dropping and now it's only giving me half of what used to get or in some cases just crashes.

 

I noticed it while playing binding of Isaac. Time to time it'll drop from 60fps to 35-40fps but managed to sort it out.(this was a few months back)

 

About a week or so ago I noticed it effecting warzone, I would average around 120-130fps and noticed it can all of a sudden drop to less than 90. Which then happen more frequently. And now it will just drop to 1 and crash.

 

I tried one more game which was God of war and same thing use to get 85+fps, now however I'm getting around 30-40fps.

 

I've tried almost everything. From reinstalling drivers. Checking everything is updated. Reboot it. Even deleted the games (the ones mentioned) and reinstalled them and still nothing.

 

Specs are

Ryzen 7 3800x

Corsair vengeance 2x8gb 3200mhz

Rtx3080 Rog strix white 10gb lhr

nzxt Kraken z53 240

Yes both are normal. 55°c for CPU (in warzone) and around 55°c for GPU too

It was installed when I first built it. I did update it to win11, but that was a while back and the problems didn't start then. It's been roughly a year now.

I've just done a fresh install of windows and that seemed to sort out the problem. I guess there was a application that was messing with it.
