PC screen black

So I gave my pc a clean up with my vacuum. I wore my anti-static just in case. After that I cleaned my fans using a small tissue paper. Just a littlie bit cleaning. After that I turned on my pc but nothing came in the screen. The yellow light in the motherboard was on(DRAM). It wont turn to the green light to boot. I turned on pc like 4 times but still no luck. I checked for any wire disconnected ones but so far so good. Should I reseat the memory?

Try reseating your memory. Check for dirt on the pins while you are at it.
If that doesn't work, then try plugging just 1. Try with each stick (if you are using more than 1 stick).

It turned on but it has set my memory overclock to default, I think the memory overclock was the issue.
