Yes I had everything done but it did not wana turn on

Well, what is not doing.  Is this a pic of your final build because it is missing a lot of connections that still have to be done.  If this is a pic of the final build, then you need a cooling solution, memory is not seated properly, front panel connections are missing........etc.

Plug a fan into the Cpu header. The middle one on the top. I had that problem before
