Remove any fps limiter and disable v-sync. If that doesn't fix it you either have low fps to begin with or your monitor has bad input lag.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.

V-sync is off and my mouse runs perfect only the keyboard lags

Check what type of delay it is. Is it monitor delay? Hardware delay? Peripheral delay?

 

I say this only because years ago in my early PC days, back then I had severe delays in games and no upgrades would fix it. Only later did I realize the delay was because of the included Bluetooth mouse and keyboard combo that came with the PC. Bought a wired mouse+keyboard and all input delay was gone.

Mentioning monitor, make sure you don't play on something like a TV that can have like 50+ms of delay. That will be very jarring, but most modern monitors are at least under 5~ms so it should be fine.

Its a  Peripheral delay but just my keyboard, the mouse work great and its a usb keyboard.
