Can't find GPU

Go to solution Solved by SorryBella,

...maybe try to actually install driver first? its normal for GPU fan to stop spinning if they have fan stop function inside of their vBIOS.

The GPU in my new build doesn't seem to be working:

Specs:

Gigabyte B660 Gaming X AX

Intel I5-12600k

PowerColor RX 6750 XT

When I'm logged in to Windows, Task Manger shows that it's using integrated graphics, and when I open device manager, I can only see the Integrated CPU graphics and Microsoft Basic Display Adapter

In Bios, it shows that the PCIe slot is occuped, but I can't find a settings page to get more information/insight. There is an "AMD Graphic Driver Health" option, but it is empty when I open it.

The monitor is plugged in to the graphics Card I/O and working, the GPU lights are on. The fans spin on start up, but turn off after a few seconds (I assume because there's no load?)

I'm pretty much at a loss about what to try next. Reinstall the GPU? Flash the Bios? Would be grateful for some tips.

I was just poking around more online and did that.  It's all seems to be working properly now.

Novice mistake on my part 😅 and thank you
