Server Fan controllers

looking for options to controll the speed of some server chassis fans. they are 12v 0.58A, San Ace 80 9GV0812P1F03. there is 4 fans in total, but they will all be set to the same speed, ideally someway to ramp with pc temp. they will be in my unraid chassis.

Plug them into the motherboard?

there is 4 fans in one bank. plus any other fans in the case.

Get a fan hub or a splitter and plug them in.
