Im getting very little airflow at the bottom of my case. I was wondering if there was a fan of some sort that I could put at the bottom of my case or something that could push air up.

I don't think you'll like how it would look. Consider additional fans in the front or top of your case.

Theres no fan in the front of my case. Im buying a fan adapter that fits in three of my 5.25 bays.but I feel like I need something at the bottom of my case as well. Im running two msi 660tis in sli and the drivers keep crashing with even a slight oc. I figured it was a heat issue but im not sure.

It doesn't have to be on the bottom of the case, your goal is really just to have even or positive air pressure (equal or more intake versus exhaust, respectively).

and what case is this? is this a HTPC?

your OC software should have a monitor for temperatures.

so this could all be another issue rather than air-flow?
