Fake downloads

This is what happens when i try to create a bootable usb windows device :"We're not sure what happened, but we're unable to run this tool on your PC. If you continue experiencing problems, reference the error code when contacting customer support"

What are you trying to do exactly? What tool? Where did you download it from? Not enough here to understand what is going on.

Create a bootable USB Windows device, Its called MediaCreationToolW11 and its from microsoft.com  And yes I clicked the unblock check button in the properties but it made no difference.  Its how you are supposed to install Windows 11 on a new pc.
