Is this a question? I assume you want help diagnosing the high temps.

What have you tried so far? How did you measure the temps? Anything recent or has it been like this since the start? Do you experience issues?

EDIT: I looked around a bit, and it seems like 110C is a common temperature. It's a safe maximum that cards use as a threshold to boost clocks or not.

Put another way, the RX 5700 Series GPUs are designed, from the factory, to make use of any available thermal and electrical headroom to keep ramping the clocks up until either limit is reached (225W or 110C).

I assume the same goes for Nvidia cards.

 Yes,

Fans, max speed.

Used HWInfo

Change to Aio cooling and think the thermal pads might not do its job. But unsure where the high temps come from when vram and gpu is okey

110C makes the card throttling ad isn't good

If it's like other cards (like my 3080 Gigabyte Eagle) there may be VRAM modules that arent correctly cooled due to lack of thermal pad (or poor quality one), you should check and add/replace some as needed

I did gain like 10C on junction temps when doing that, before I went for watercooling which is even better
