How do I keep my laptop clean, and delete all the unnecessary file in my laptop, like the thing that the laptop saves automatically, is their a way or an app that delete the unnecessary app and files?

Temp files are cleared automatically. You can manually uninstall any apps you aren't using. Should be about all you need.

Windows is a piece of shit when it comes to that. Only temp folder AppData\Local\Temp is automatically deleted. Using other types of software like CCleaner or bleachbit can cause issues (especially CCleaner's shitty registry cleaner)

If i'm given a laptop to "clean", I do a couple things. First, disable ALL the items in the Startup tab that don't absolutely need to be starting up with Windows and then reboot. From there, go through Apps and uninstall anything that doesn't need to be there. I'll run Disk Cleanup on System Files as well which is good enough for me, but you can do a lot of that manually. 

 

The registry I no longer worry about, i've just accepted the fact that entries are left over in there. If I REALLY cared, i'd uninstall apps with Revo Uninstaller.
