FPS Drop In Games

Hello, when I play Rocket League or Valorant I am getting fps drop every 15-20 seconds. Do you know why it's like that?

I've tried:
Moving the games from hdd to ssd
Reinstalling the games
Reinstalling the windows

I checked the cpu, gpu and ram usage, the cpu was: 20-75% used, gpu: 10-60% used, and I still have over 1.5-3gb avalible ram.
The cpu temp is 35-55C and the gpu is max 65C.
