Help narrowing issue down to board or panel

Hi all,

A monitor I have has been having some issues in the past months, like going blank randomly while in use and flickering on and off, but now it's at a state where even with no inputs, the output is not working as intended. Is there a repair possible for this? Can the board be replaced? It seems like the panel itself may be fine and it's just an issue with the board but I'm not sure.

Additional: I moved the display ribbon cable around and I get different glitch artifacts on the screen and sometimes see the "No Signal" box mixed with a bunch of colours but never a clean picture.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If you get the no signal box and it doesn't look distorted, then it's likely the board.
