Trying to customize (Software) Samsung Galaxy A15 5G

I have a Samsung Galaxy A15 5G, working with Android version 11.

I've done this with earlier phones, so I am hoping someone can help me here.

I have several e-mail address, and I like different sounds for different notifications.

How do I set this up?

Email addresses are configurable through the gmail app.

notification sounds should be configurable if you long press the app icon and hit app info.
