How does the Noctua NH-U9S chromax.black CPU cooler fit with G.Skill Ripjaws V 32 GB Memory?

So, currently getting parts for a build, and have no idea if the Noctua NH-U9S chromax.black CPU cooler would fit with G.Skill Ripjaw memory. The MB is an Asus STRIX Z690-A. Any insight if it would fit or other good recommendations for CPU coolers would be appreciated.
