This isn't a complaint or anything, so I don't want "support" per se, just a query regarding shipping.

I placed an order on the 8th May for delivery to the UK, and so far it's managed to make it all the way from BC to...Alaska...in a week. Is that normal? 🤣

I'm perfectly happy to wait however long it takes, just seemed a little long in a world where next day delivery is a thing.

That's about right to Alaska. I don't know Europe shipping times. Last order I made was 6 days on the dot.

Oh wait...I googled Whittier quickly and it said Alaska, but CA is California no?

Why ship from BC to California to then ship to the UK? 😂 Or is there a Whittier in CAlgary? 🤔

CA is California. AK would be Alaska.

I don't know what flight routes DHL commonly uses. That being said, flights are all messed up here. People trying to travel like normal again with not enough pilots and airlines losing pilots every week.

I've had stuff shipped from China go past Alaska, hit Georgia/Tennessee then Seattle, then Anchorage.

Happy to report it arrived today!

LTT Water Bottle in Cream Scream and 4x Elemental T-shirts (which I didn't realise the logo isn't in the same place as a football shirt is but more sort of just off centre), but all good!
