You can try disabling the integrated graphics in Device Manager. That will force it to use only your GPU.

alright i play on laptop doesnt that make my screen go black?!

Not normally no, laptops do use both but can only use one for everything if they need to. Disabling the integrated graphics will just make the laptop use the GPU for everything instead of switching off between the two when needed.

article from google:If you do not have dedicated graphics then you laptop /desktop won't give any display at all. Even if you have dedicated GPU, it will be disabled in case of laptops due to the fact that on board graphics are fetched first unless very high 3d Image is rendered                                                                                i have a gt1650 and i intel core5

I have the integrated graphics on both my desktop and my laptop disabled and neither of them have issues. All you do is go into device manager and disable the UHD Intel Graphics. Leave the dedicated GPU enabled. I've never heard of a modern gaming laptop or desktop with a dedicated GPU have to have the integrated graphics enabled to work. If the laptop or desktop doesn't have a dedicated graphics card then you have a problem. Since you have a dedicated graphics card in the laptop you can disable the integrated graphics. I just did it on a 11th gen i5 laptop with a 3050 and it works just fine.
