FPS spikes

Hello. I started to encounter a lot of FPS spikes from like 120 to 40. Happening in every game so far it's Dead by Daylight, Barotrauma and RDR2. Here's some screenshots. My suspicions laid on my new Gigabyte RTX 3080 Ti Gaming OC, so I switched to my old Gigabyte GTX 1080 - spikes are still there. So it's not GPUs. Spikes occurs randomly during game. In Barotrauma it occurs when monsters spawn or I'm driving sub. It started to occur when I tried to undervolt my RTX 3080 Ti, first time when I undervolted it, I stupidly set too low clock speed for too high voltage. Also, my pc crashed after I ran an OC test with MSI Afterburner.

 

My specs:

Windows 10 21H2 x64

CPU: i7 10700K 3.8 GHz, not overclocked

Mobo: MSI Z490 Gaming Plus

RAM: 2x16GB Crucial Ballistix DDR4 3600 CL16

Storage: 2x Samsung 860 EVO SSD 1 TB each

Power supply: be quiet! Straight Power 11 750 W 80+ Gold

New Gigabyte RTX 3080 Ti Gaming OC

Old Gigabyte GTX 1080 Gaming OC

Haven't done anything to fix issue so far. I managed to capture moment when spike occurs on Barotrauma screenshot.

DDU your drivers, reset BIOS, uninstall or reinstall Afterburner (fresh, no old settings etc)

 

 

Since it happens with 2 GPUs a hw issue seems unlikely.
