Hello,

Ever since I got my laptop it reboots at random times and not in an pattern. It's a brute force restart giving me one minute to finish what I was doing before restarting which is very annoying. An update to Windows 11 didn't help.

Looking around event viewer I found mutiple instances of this:

The process C:\WINDOWS\system32\shutdown.exe (DESKTOP-001L3N7) initialized the reboot of computer DESKTOP-001L3N7 on behalf of userNT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM for the following reason: Hardware: Maintenance (Planned) Code: 0x80010001 Shutdown Type: Reboot Remark:

also before this event which has something to do with it happens before restarting.:

A service has been installed. Service Name: VSSrv Service file name: "C:\WINDOWS\system32\VSSrv.exe" Service Type: User Mode Service Service Start Type: Demand Start Service Account: LocalSystem

No tasks are planned if I look into task viewer. Does anybody have any idea? 🙂
