Hi all need some info I am running a Threadripper 1920x that was my workstation 32 gigs ram.  Done its job nicely has a  Rx 570 in it , at the time it was all about work so didn't care about gpu power so thats it.  However now have a new Pc supplied from work and now this one is not getting used much for games for obvious reasons.  I know threadrippers arent the best for gaming so not expecting crazyness,  Dont know if its worth the expense of going 30 series card or similar in Amd,  or if that will bottleneck pc???

Threadrippers are not the best, but they can manage, you could slap a 3060,3060ti or even 3070 without much issues. What psu do you have? also what ram config do you have ? 4x8gb (quad channel) or 2x 16gb (dual channel)?

The rx 6700Xt, 6750XT and rx 6800 are also worth to look at
