Laptop GPU problems

So I have an MSI gf65 thin (I think) and it has an rtx 3060 laptop, but I have a problem. The laptop is allocating most of the GPU work to the Intel integrated graphics, which is decreasing performance. How do I force it to use the 3060 as the main Graphics Processing Unit?

I discovered this when I did a benchmark a while back and it performed extremely low and only registered the integrated graphics.

In Nvidia control panel you can set the primary graphics device to be the 3060 vs using the auto detect which is directing it to integrated.
