Re-engineered Joystick/Analog Stick ?

Afternoon all,

I’m hopeful that this is the right place to loom for information, but I’ve got a unique situation.

I have re-engineered an analog stick cap for Xbox, PlayStation, and other controllers.

Remember when you played the PS2 and your joysticks got sticky and a groove was carved into them by the controller housing ? My invention fixes that. My design splits the cap into two halves and places a radial bearing around the center shaft so that the bearing contacts the housing instead of plastic on plastic. No drag, low resistance, and smooth circumferential movement.

I own the patent, and I am the sole interested party. I know the design works, I know there is interest, and it solves a unique problem, but I do not know what to do now.

How do I move forward ? How do I market ? How do I bring my product to the market ?

I’m  great with design and engineering but I’m no good with product development.

Can anyone point me in the right direction ?

I’m willing to partner or create an agreement on sales volumes, I just don’t know where to start.
