Budget (including currency):  $2000

Country: North America (USD)

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: 4K, 16k Editing, World Of Warships, Maybe Forza 5, Maybe F1 22

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I have all peripherals besides a monitor, I’m looking for any suggestions, 1440p dual monitors total separate budget $500 could just buy one good monitor too.

My question is what could be improved in my build! Thank you in advance. New to this I hope format is right. Ignore my broken English please.

Hey,

I'll list down all the points below:

I see you haven't added a GPU/PSU/Case yet, Are you planning to buy one in the future? Or did you not decide on one yet?

  • CPU: The CPU is good for the build, I can't say much as I'm not so used to using AMD CPUs.
  • MOTHERBOARD: Can't say much because, again, I'm not used to AMD CPUs but Pcpartpicker says that your BIOS Isn't compatible with your CPU so might want to check that out.
  • RAM: If you have the budget to upgrade to DDR5 then you can do it. If you're using the PC for editing then your RAM is a necessity especially when working with multiple layers or videos. Clock speed doesn't matter much so you can even go for a 5200mhz DDR5 RAM and it will run perfectly fine.
  •  SSD/Storage: It's good but you will have to choose how much Capacity you want depending on the size of your Games, Files, Videos etc.
  • AIO/Cooler: I think the 280 is fine for cooling a 5600x under mild load, Wouldn't risk it though..

Apart from that, I think you're PC is fine. Good Luck on your Build!

Mmmm.. You could get more performance for less

Not sure you need 32GB, but even if you do rather use 2x16GB than 4x8GB, it's more stable and will also allow you to add even more RAM if ever needed.

You could also just get 2x8GB and add 2 sticks later if needed

Finalized these parts just looking for suggestions on aio and monitors simply. Thanks for the help!

A 240mm AIO is overkill for that cpu. You would be better going with a cheaper air cooler and upgrading the cpu to the 5700X.

Something like this:

You could also look for a cheap $20 Windows key instead of paying $140 for it. Most sites that sell game keys should sell Windows.

So this list is $100 cheaper with a better cpu.

The Scythe Fuma 2 is a good cooler.

Swapped the board for the B550 Gaming Edge as it is cheaper than the Asus one.

The Ram has slightly worse timings (CL18 vs CL16) but it is $40 cheaper and I doubt you will notice any difference.

You could swap the case for the 4000D Airflow and save a bit more money.
