Fivem fps drops

When I play fivem I get extreme fps drops I play at around 120 fps but it drops down to 60 then up to 120 again it feels choppy and not smooth at all. Does anyone know how to fix that problem. I play on a 1660 ti and a i5 9400f and i have 16 ram and i have all settings low and no shadows
