Laptop screen replacement?

I have a dell inspiron 3583, I want to swap out the TN panel for an 1920x1080 IPS panel. Does anyone know any good websites that sell laptop parts or other generic OEM parts?

The integrated scalar and display driver on laptops are display specific. They are matched to specific panels, so the TN panel in that laptop is always going to be a TN panel.
