Budget (including currency): Around 2000 Canadian dollars excluding monitor.

Country: Assume I’m in Canada

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: DCS World, Blender, etc.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Due to things I can’t say, my budget for a build got significantly cut. I either have the choice of building a new pc or to get a EGPU to connect to my laptop (could fit a 3080ti). My laptop right now is actually pretty good but the gpu is a huge bottleneck and is trash compared to other parts. My laptop have a core i9 9980hk, 32gb 3200mhz ram, and 2 tb of storage. Although it gets pretty hot sometimes and is also a MacBook (to be specific MacBook Pro 16 2019 version, I’m using bootcamp to run windows). The gpu in my laptop is a amd Radeon pro 5500m 8gb. If you guys think building a brand new pc is better, this is what I got so far: https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/3GNd9r. Should I change anything? I already have a mouse and keyboard but don’t have a monitor (unless a huge 4K tv thats almost as tall as a average human counts). Don’t blame me for having a MacBook, my school requires a MacBook and we have to buy our own.
